Activities include WII and Xavix Game Systems, Game Bikes, Dance Dance Revolution and more.

Through a variety of activities and fun games, Active Y Kids offers a chance for children and youth to improve and sustain a healthy lifestyle. This 12-week registered program incorporates cardiovascular and muscular conditioning activities, nutrition, and self-development education to improve overall health.*
