MOOSE JAW FAMILY YMCA family fit zone

Our Family Fit Zone is now open and welcomes families with children ages 6 and over to participate in a fitness experience like no other!

 

Family Times– Looking for help in getting the games started or just looking for some guidance on how to use the equipment? Then stop by during our supervised times- our friendly and knowledgeable staff will guide you through the family fit zone and ensure you have a great time.

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
4:00pm-8:00pm

(Staff are available after 6:00pm on Monday)

 

Saturday and Sunday
Please call ahead for availability – no staff on the weekends.

 

*please note that this is not a childcare service*

 

The Family Fit Zone has something for everyone- even mom and dad!

 

There are many games and activities to choose from including:

  • Game Bikes
  • WII Sports
  • WII Fit
  • Dance Dance Revolution
  • Virtual Boxing, Tennis and Baseball Games to improve eye had coordination
  • Jackie Chan Running games

And more!

Mom and Dad- you can either join in the interactive fun or use the treadmills and new circuit stations to get in your workout while your kids play!
