Grow “N” Learn Childcare Centre

The YMCA expands its childcare operation- The YMCA Childcare Centre for School Aged Parents, opened Jan 5th, 2009. The centre is located in AE Peacock Collegiate and is licensed for 9 infants and 10 toddlers. The Centre, through a cooperative, holistic approach, is dedicated to the education, personal growth and development of young parents and their children so they may positively and independently contribute to their family and community

 

Play “N” Learn

The Play “N” Learn Childcare Centre opened it’s doors in 2006, it is located at 965 Montgomery street west. It is an 80 space childcare for children between the ages of 18 mths and 12 years. This centre is located close to William Grayson school and provides transportation to King George and Sunningdale Schools. Breafast, lunch and snack is provided. THis location is on the bus route to and from St. Margaret's School.

 

 

The Discover "N" Learn Centre

The Discover "N" Learn Centre opened its doors on September 1, 2009 and is located at 1224 133th Ave. NW. This centre has 45 spaces and is for preschool (aged 4 and older) and school aged children (up to age 12) and provides staff supervision to Palliser Heights school and transportation to St. Michael's. We provide breakfast, hot lunch and snack as well. This location is also on the bus route to and from St. Margaret's school.

The Explore "N" Learn

The Explore "N" Learn Childcare centre will open in spring of 2010, and is located on South Hill at 510 4th ave SW. This centre will provide care to approximately 75 toddler, preschool and school aged children. People wishing to be put on the waiting list for this centre can call 693-0512.
