2012 Volunteer Recognition Awards

The YMCA actively involves volunteers, members and staff in offering relevant programs that build healthy lives and communities.  Our values have directed our past, and will drive our future as they are shared from one generation to the next. These, combined with our mission of personal growth and social responsibility, have inspired countless people to give their time, talent and money to provide needed services whenever possible.

As a charitable organization, volunteers form the heart and soul of the Moose Jaw Family YMCA. They are ambassadors, providing us with a unique way to reach our members and participants and help us to create healthier communities.  Our 2011 YMCA volunteers and donors will be recognized at our Gala Event on April 14, 2012. This formal evening will honour and recognize the selfless contributions our volunteers make every day to our YMCA! It will recognize the generous donations from donors and allow our organization to notice the efforts and formally thank the community for their support.  The 2012 Volunteer and Donor Gala evening will include cocktails, dinner, reception and live band.
