SENIOR FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Session 3- May 23-June 27
8:15am-9:00am early morning class
9:00am-9:45am morning class
Session 4- July 9-August 29- Early morning and morning classes are combining- A new time 8:30am-9:15am
This is a supervised fitness program which is designed to improve upper/lower body strength, core and range of motion. No exercise experience is necessary; class is geared for ages 50+ however, any age can join.
SENIOR CYCLE CLASS
May 26 to June 22, 2012
This class is designed as a gentle aerobic conditioning class. Spinning is a low impact activity and is a great way to improve your cardiovascular conditioning, stamina and leg strength. This beginner spin class is geared for participants aged 50 or older, however any age is welcome to join. Pre-registration is required.
