STRIDE N’ RIDE
Drop-In
Session Dates: June 4- August 29, 2012
Mondays & Wednesdays: 10:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.
Meet outside the Fairford center, class will walk as a group to Crescent Park.
Running shoes and a water bottle are required.

Mom’s come join this summer outdoor exercise class. Join us on Monday and Wednesday‘s with your stroller, as will take exercising outside with your child. This class will incorporate the outdoor elements and resistance bands to improve your upper and lower body strength, core and cardio conditioning. Join this class to meet new moms, enjoy the outdoors and workout without leaving baby behind. This class is open to anyone who has a child that will sit in a stroller or carrier. If weather is not ideal, class will be moved indoors.
THE POWER RIDE
Maximize your riding potential with this challenging, informative intensely fun ride!
AB BLASTER
Join this class and work towards ripped rockin’ abs. This class focuses on working the core and only the core. Using a variety of equipment and positions, this class will work your abs from the inside out and help in forming the firm sculpted torso you have been looking for.
BODY SCULPT
Full body strength class that utilizes kettle bells, bosu balls and more; Designed for all levels of fitness. Redefine your strength and tone your body.
YOGA FLEX
Yoga is one of the best ways to keep and improve flexibility, balance and strength. It is also an excellent opportunity to learn relaxation techniques. This class is a Yin Yang style yoga class. The Yin poses will stretch and strengthen ligaments and bones. The Yang poses will stretch and strengthen muscles and tendons. Participants tell us that they have become more flexible, have reduced chronic pain and are sleeping better. Bette is a certified Yin instructor.
STEP
A great workout for all fitness levels! This is a cardio-based class using a portable platform of variable heights. The aerobic portion lasts about 25-35 minutes to maximize cardio conditioning and strength capability. Muscle conditioning, abdominal exercises, and stretching complete this fitness routine.
KETTLEBELL BOOT CAMP
Kettlebells use explosive movements, which utilize the whole body instead of focusing on one muscle group at a time. This class will use a progression of high rep exercises geared to improve core strength, power, and endurance. Be prepared to sweat!

BEGINNER SPIN AND STRENGTH
This 40 min. class consists of 20 min. of spin and 20 min. of strength. It will introduce basic fitness moves using a wide range of fitness equipment. Be prepared to sweat and learn!

SENIORS CYCLE
An instructor led class that will safely lead you through a variety of cycling activities. Pre-registration is encouraged.

KETTLEBELL SPIN EXTREME
Participants will experience an intense spin class followed by a metabolic kettlebell strength circuit. Strengthen both your heart and muscles effectively all in one class!

A high intensity workout that focuses on strength and endurance!
POWER PACE
A spin class with various techniques designed to burn calories, increase cardiovascular strength and make you sweat! Instructors Andrea, Carly, and Shauntel will be sure to motivate and energize you!

Get your heart pumping through 45 minutes of extreme hills, combos and sprints.
