THE YMCA IN YOUR WORK PLACE
The YMCA is very pleased to be offering a new service titled the YMCA in your workplace. The YMCA certified fitness staff will come into your workplace to teach classes, provide orientations for employees in corporate gym settings along with providing group and personal training services to your employees. KARATE
January 13-May 25
Introductory Okinawan Karate is a program intended to provide teens/adults with the foundations of Isshinryu Karate. While the program covers the same types of kicks, punches, and blocking skills found in most other styles of karate the methods used in Isshinryu are uniquely fast, powerful and easy to learn. Other skills included in the program are special Russian flexibility and strength building exercises that are used by their special forces.
TAE KWON DO- ADVANCED
January 9 to May 30, 2011
Instructor must approve all registrations into the advanced class. A Korean form of martial arts that helps to improve physical fitness teaches self-defense, self-esteem, and self-discipline. Taxes will be additional for adults.

Designed by the USA Navy Seals the TRX will transform and sculpt your body! Let the music drive you in our TRX Body Blast Classes! Instructors will guide you through a series of challenging workouts- TRX works all core, all the time!

TRX CIRCUIT TRAINING
Designed by the USA Navy Seals the TRX will push you past your limits and challenges you every time. Re-energize and revamp your workout routine with this bootcamp style class. Replace your current strength training routine with the TRX suspension trainer and watch your body be transformed! Many classes include bosu ball training, Kettlebells, ropes and more.

FAT BURNING INTERVALS

A get in - get out workout that will blast your fat away. High intensity strength and cardio intervals will be sure to get your heart pumping and your muscles working. Please remember to a hat/water bottle, as this class will take place outdoors whether permitting
